CANCELLATION POLICY

I understand that schedules can change unexpectedly. However, missed appointments affect not only my time but also the availability of services for other clients. For this reason, cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice or a missed appointment with no notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, there may no longer be sufficient time to complete the service. While I will make every effort to accommodate you, rescheduling to a later time may be necessary. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
